Ginger Hush Fizz
This cocktail is best served in a tall glass with ice. To make these cocktails, I brewed a small pot of tea using two sachets. I let the entire pot steep for hours as it cooled for cocktail hour. The Hush tea blend makes this drink both refreshing and herbaceous. Garnish with a simple lemon wedge.
2 oz Vodka
6 oz Steep Echo Hush
4 oz Ginger beer
Ice
